Cancellations and Changes
We understand that sometimes plans change and you may need to cancel or reschedule your booking. Please review our cancellation and changes policy below.
General Policy
Cancellations must be made in writing via email to The Harbour School Sydney.
Cancellation Fees
More than 7 days notice - No cancellation fee.
6 days to 48 hours notice - Cancellation fee of 20% of the total booking fee
Within 48 hours of booking - Cancellation fee of 50% of the total booking fee will apply
On the day - Cancellation fee of 100% of the total booking fee will apply. No refunds or credits will be issued.
Rescheduling
More than 7 days notice - No rescheduling fee.
6 days to 48 hours notice - Rescheduling fee of 10% of the total booking fee, assuming the reschedule can be accommodated
Within 48 hours of booking - Cancellation fee of 10% of the total booking fee will apply, assuming the reschedule can be accommodated
On the day - Treated as a cancellation. A new booking will need to be made, and the original booking fee will not be refunded or credited.
No Shows
No refunds or credits will be issued for failure to attend without prior notice.
We understand that emergencies and exceptional circumstances do occur. Please contact us as soon as possible to discuss your situation. We may offer a refund, credit, or reschedule at our discretion.
