Estuarine Studies - Stage 6 Marine Studies

Students will learn about pressure being placed on estuaries due to human activities and structures, actions to reduce human impacts, and explore maps of features of the Sydney Harbour estuary. They will experience hands on activities to explore marine life in the estuary, hear from expert marine scientists about management their research and projects.

This excursion will take place at the Sydney Institute of Marine Science, Chowder Bay.

Cost
$40 per student (payment to the Sydney Institute of Marine Science)

Minimum booking size
Excursions need a minimum of 15 students to run.
